Whether you booked through the event page, a WhatsApp link or an organizer's website, your race pass, timing results, certificates and photos are waiting here — verified by the mobile number or email you registered with. Private by design
Only the verified owner of the registered mobile or email can open a pass. Sessions expire automatically and nothing is stored on the device beyond this visit.
Frequently asked
- I registered with a different number. What now?
- Try the email you used at checkout — you can verify with either. Still stuck? The organizer can update your contact details from their participant list, after which your pass appears instantly.
- My result looks wrong.
- Open the pass, tap the result and choose “Request correction”. Organizers review chip / manual timing logs and you'll be notified when it's fixed.
- Can I download my certificate later?
- Yes. Certificates stay available on your pass for as long as the organizer keeps the event published — usually years.
- Is this the same as my SPORTIFI account?
- The Runner Hub works without an account. If you do sign up, the same passes also appear in your dashboard alongside training stats and saved profile details for faster registration.
